SUMMARY:ADHDAF+ -  ADHD Peer Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Wherever you are up to in your ADHD discovery or diagnosis - as
  long as you are over 18 - we would love you to join our free monthly ADHD
  peer support group to connect with other local ADHD adults of marginalise
 d genders. \n\nWe meet on the second Thursday of every month to share our 
 lived experiences on a specific ADHD topic that we face as a community. Vo
 lunteer facilitator Paula leads the group discussion in which we relate\, 
 validate\, shame eradicate and signpost to resources for support. \n\nYou 
 can be late\, you can leave early\, and feel free to move around\, take br
 eaks\, fidget/draw - whatever will make you most comfortable. No RSVP or A
