 \, a learning about the world of Nut (and plant based) Cheeses for this sp
 ecial event. It’s about making incredible umami\; sliceable\, spreadable
  and dippable concoctions that you can incorparate into your own receipes\
 , or enjoy on their own. Helen and Felix will be presenting samples of pla
 nt-based cheeses to sample along with examples of accompinements to exampl
 e how you can bring these rich\, flavourful dairy-free cheeses into your l
 ives.\n\nThey will talk through how each cheese was made\, what worked for
  them\, what didn't\, and share their recipes for you to try at home. Alre
 ady a fauxmage fan? You're invited to bring your own recipes and samples t
 o share with the group\, or bring your questions.\nWho?\nThis workshop is 
 open to anybody interested in learning about nut cheeses\, and cheese alte
 rnatives and those already invested and looking to share with likeminded p
