Her day job is Professor of Work and Employment Relations at the University of Leeds. She is a strong advocate of peer-to-peer teaching and political education.\n\nJane's resea rch interests include trade unions and the development of organising and r ecruitment strategies\, particularly as they relate to under-represented g roups in the union movement.\n\nJane's became involved with the Ella Baker School of Organising because she believes in the power of learning as a w ay to transform the world to be a better and more socially just place for future generations.\n\nJane has authored Arise: Power\, Strategy and Unio n Resurgence and more recently Changemakers.
