DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nCome and join local Living History enthusiast Heather as 
 she brings to life crafts from the Northwest's Heritage. Demonstrating the
  slowly vanishing skills that went into producing our clothing using natur
 al materials.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nInspired by Heritage Crafts Red List\, we’re

 tatus: Endangered\n\nAlways wanted to know how to make your own pigments? 
 Me too!\n\nToday Heather takes a break and enjoys a visit from a lovely lo
 cal  guest artist Suzanne Pinder\, who will introduce you to ancient pigm
 ents made from natural materials.\n\nBuilding on some of the skills learne
 d in the natural dyeing session\, Suzanne will show you more and how to ma
 ke pigments for your toolbox and crafting projects.\n\nWe’ll look at\n\n
  	Paints\, dyes and inks for immediate use on wood\, paper and fabric\n 	H
 ow to store pigments\n 	How to make a pigment travel set\n\nPigments are m
 ade using recycled items from the natural world\, nothing goes to waste.\n
 \nDon’t worry if you didn’t attend the natural dye class\, we’ll be 
 starting\, this session will be suitable for absolute beginners as well as
  those with more experience.\n\nPlease wear something appropriate for this
  colourful class as you will be getting ‘hands on’ with your pigments\

  our upstairs workshop space. There is currently no level access. It’s a
  single flight of 14 steps then you go around the corner and there are two
  small steps. Once you’re upstairs there’s a loo. You shouldn’t need
  to come downstairs for anything until the end of the event.\n\nIf you can
