Events

We also coordinate creative workshops with a variety of talented artists.

Run a workshop

We’re always looking for artists and makers to lead creative workshops and activities from our new Blackpool town centre premises.

We’re all about providing high quality, accessible arts and cultural activities for people in Blackpool. We know that there are many skilled artists and makers on the Fylde Coast and we’d love to invite you to come and run creative workshops from our space.

We have activity spaces that can comfortably accommodate up to 35 people, along with a variety of art and craft equipment as well as darkroom facilities.

You can be a professional artist, a voluntary organisation, a maker’s group… we’re open to anyone who wants to run an activity.

Take a look at our Venue page and Blackpool Community Darkroom page for more details about our available spaces.

Here’s a short video of our main workshop space set up ready for an activity.

As you can see, the space is really flexible; you can arrange the tables and chairs in lots of ways with room to move around.

There’s also a projector and large screen with optional sound. The massive front window means that we have plenty of natural light to illuminate your work.

We can accommodate a wide range of arts and crafts, so if you have any question, do get in touch by email and we will try to help.

So if you are interested in running creative activities from our space, please complete the short online form below or use the downloadable form and email it to us
We’ll check the responses every month. Once we’ve done that we’ll contact you to go through the details and see how we can work together.
