ADHDAF+ – ADHD Peer Support Group
Wherever you are up to in your ADHD discovery or diagnosis – as long as you are over 18 – we would love you to join our free monthly ADHD peer support group to connect with other local ADHD adults of marginalised genders.
We meet on the second Thursday of every month to share our lived experiences on a specific ADHD topic that we face as a community. Volunteer facilitator Paula leads the group discussion in which we relate, validate, shame eradicate and signpost to resources for support.
You can be late, you can leave early, and feel free to move around, take breaks, fidget/draw – whatever will make you most comfortable. No RSVP or ADHD diagnosis needed.
You are not alone.

These sessions are in our downstairs workshop space. There is one small step through the front door, but we can arrange ramp access from the rear of the building if level access is required.

- No 3, 3a, 5c, 6, 18 to Church St (Stanley Buildings)
- No 5, 5a, 5b, 6, 7a, 14 to Talbot Rd
• • Driving: The closest pay and display car parks are on East Topping St and Talbot Road multi storey. There is also parking at the nearby Sainsbury’s supermarket, please make sure that you check the terms before you use the car park.
