Meet The Speakers…
Sarah Hunter – Boost Your Business with Journalling
Business can be tough as a woman. We are taught that we have to compete in a man’s world, adopt a certain persona and step into numerous roles that are heavily guarded by societal expectations. No wonder we feel like we have lost our true voice, struggle to be authentic and face overwhelm on an almost daily basis.
Author, poet, avid journaller and Pilates aficionado, Sarah Hunter will explain how journalling has helped her to completely change her business around and how it can help you too. The act of connecting with your rich inner dialogue can help you to gain clarity of purpose, find your true, authentic voice, ovoid overwhelm and procrastination and be the productive, purposeful businesswoman you want to be.
Sarah writes a seasonal living blog and publishes her poetry on Substack https://sarahfwholt.substack.com/
She also runs online, guided journalling workshops for businesswomen: Mighty Mondays 9:15-10am https://creative-wellbeing.co.uk/courses
Inner Sanctuary mindfulness, meditation and journalling monthly sessions in Houghton and nature journalling workshops in the UK and abroad. https://creative-wellbeing.co.uk/events
