You don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to get as excited about making cheesy alternatives as Helen and Felix of Culture Club do, join them at Aunty Social during this years Blackpool Restaurant Week for a one-off Culture Club event.

What?

An evening of sharing, tasting, a learning about the world of Nut (and plant based) Cheeses for this special event. It’s about making incredible umami; sliceable, spreadable and dippable concoctions that you can incorparate into your own receipes, or enjoy on their own. Helen and Felix will be presenting samples of plant-based cheeses to sample along with examples of accompinements to example how you can bring these rich, flavourful dairy-free cheeses into your lives.

They will talk through how each cheese was made, what worked for them, what didn’t, and share their recipes for you to try at home. Already a fauxmage fan? You’re invited to bring your own recipes and samples to share with the group, or bring your questions.

Who?

This workshop is open to anybody interested in learning about nut cheeses, and cheese alternatives and those already invested and looking to share with likeminded people.
